With over 11 years of experience as a GDC-registered Nurse and Practice Manager, I understand firsthand how vital it is to have dependable, qualified staff available—especially during times of planned leave or unexpected absence. I’ve personally faced the challenges of staff shortages, limited support from recruitment agencies, and the frustration of finding no locum cover when it was needed most. That’s why I founded Dentico Dental Agency—to offer practices a reliable, flexible lifeline when it matters most. Dentico Dental Agency was set up to provide a service offering 24 hours assistance with specialised on-call teams. We are here to support dental practices continue to deliver services to their patients, reduce the stress involved with lack of cover and subsequent cancellations and help facilitate business performance and income.
